A cancellation request received within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee if the user did not access any portion of the online course content and downloadable resources

1.2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the specified timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.

2.1. Full Refunds: A full refund of the course fee will be provided for cancellations made within the specified timeframe mentioned in section 1.1.

2.2. Partial Refunds: No partial refunds will be provided for courses already started or accessed by the participant.
